While working at Whoa Mama Design, we were approached to do the branding for a South Indian takeaway joint in Chennai. The food is made using traditional recipes and ensures that it’s not only easy on the wallet but also on your stomach.
Through the identity I wanted to represent things that are quintessentially Madras while also sprinkling in a bit of nostalgia. The logo was inspired the tiffin carrier, which is commonly used across India for homemade packed lunches.
You can check out the restaurant here.
